Get yer Ya Ya's out

Last week in Denver we had a great meal at Ya Yas EuroBistro Our guest had suggested it since he new the Chef Aaron Whitcomb. The restaurant is Rockies Modern with great views of the mountains and the look and the feel of mountains brought inside. What impressed me with Ya Yas was their passion and knowledge of wine. There was never a lack of attention throughout the evening, even as the restaurant filled to capacity. The menu is influenced by Mediterranean spices but not dominated. I had the Roasted Beat Salad usually something my wife would order, it was spectacular. The dressing had an influence of orange citrus which lit up the entire salad. I combined it with the Alaskan Halibut with English peas, orzo and a coriander foam. The fish was cooked perfectly. My table guests had the Pork Tenderloin with the Blue Cheese Polenta. As we were leaving our guest found Chef Aaron so we all had the opportunity to give him our thanks for the great food and service. Overall the experience was great
